You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on mega69. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with mega69. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Age Verification: mega69 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid Indonesian identification (KTP, SIM, or passport) when requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
To register an account with mega69, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as shown on your Indonesian ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. All information must match the details on your official identification documents.
Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually authorized. You must notify mega69 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Before processing your first withdrawal, mega69 requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit clear, legible copies of:
mega69 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.
You must keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your Account information within 7 days. mega69 is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing issues resulting from outdated Account information.
mega69 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Off-peak deposits may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are usually instant. mega69 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name and verified during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing: 1-3 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, daily)
Large withdrawals (over Rp 50,000,000): up to 24 hours for additional security verification
First withdrawal: may require up to 48 hours for initial KYC verification and anti-fraud checks
mega69 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 25,000 per transaction.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place wagers totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting withdrawal of any remaining balance. This requirement exists independently of bonus wagering requirements.
Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed through encrypted channels and comply with Indonesian banking regulations. mega69 never stores your full bank account details or card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for details on payment data handling.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must place wagers totaling Rp 20,000,000 before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.
Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements:
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the maximum bet per game round is Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account dashboard. Canceling a bonus will forfeit the bonus amount and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Only your original deposit amount will remain in your Account balance.
mega69 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close Accounts, if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other players, exploiting game errors or system vulnerabilities, or any pattern of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
All casino games, slots, and table games on mega69 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player or by mega69.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sports governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, PSSI, etc.). Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of match conclusion. In the event of abandoned matches, postponed fixtures, or disputed results, mega69's decision on bet settlement is final and binding.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes based on match events. There may be brief delays between real-time match action and odds updates on the platform. mega69 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of the event being wagered upon is already known, or if placed with obvious technical delay advantage.

Progressive jackpot slots: no maximum payout limit (paid as advertised)
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the rules of that specific game. If you are unable to see the result due to disconnection, the outcome and any winnings will be credited to your Account automatically. You can view completed game rounds in your Account transaction history.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. mega69 will refund your stake for any voided game rounds. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected stakes.
mega69 is intended for recreational players. Coordinated syndicate play, advantage play strategies designed to guarantee profit, or professional betting operations may result in account restrictions. We reserve the right to limit stake sizes, restrict game access, or close accounts engaged in such activities.
While mega69 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. mega69 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
mega69 relies on third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, sports data feeds, and other services. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to refunding affected stakes where applicable.
In no event shall mega69's total liability to you for any claims, losses, or damages exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
The mega69 platform and all games and services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mega69 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or data on the platform.
mega69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we detect suspicious activity. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets or request withdrawals pending investigation.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion tools as detailed on our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure.
Upon termination of your Account, you must immediately cease all use of mega69 services. Any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding disputes or violations. Forfeited balances due to Terms violations will not be refunded.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operators. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction over mega69's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact mega69 customer support to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate to our disputes department. mega69's decision on all gameplay and bonus disputes is final and binding.
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a dispute, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing our legal department. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.
